POSTAGE & PACKAGING

All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail using a 48 hour Tracking Service. You will receive email notification directly from Royal Mail, so it is advisable to enter your email address if you wish to be notified. Our shipping costs range between £2.95, £3.95 and £4.95 for UK shipping. This will be automatically calculated during checkout process, dependent upon weight and size. 

Great care is taken to make sure that your delivery is well packaged so it will arrive safely to your home. 

We aim to ship out all deliveries on the same day they are received, if not, then certainly the following day. Please note the Royal Mail collect from our store Monday to Friday. Royal Mail will aim to deliver you parcel within two days (including Saturday deliveries). 

OVERSEAS ORDERS - INTERNATIONAL / EU CUSTOMERS

All overseas customers please be aware that you may well be liable to pay custom duty and a handling fee on items purchased when you have received them into your country. These are set by the government of your country and not by ourselves. Please check your countries guidelines before making your purchase to ensure you are happy to pay these costs.
